Mobile Dietetics delivers personalised, evidence-based nutrition care directly in the comfort of your home. We support individuals living independently, with family, or receiving home care services across Sydney.

 

By providing in-home visits, we are able to assess your nutritional needs within your own environment, develop practical and personalised strategies, and support sustainable changes that fit seamlessly into your daily routine.

Our Accredited Practising Dietitians specialize in managing complex health needs through tailored food strategies:
 

  • Malnutrition and Unintentional Weight Loss: Supporting individuals who are at risk of or experiencing malnutrition by providing practical, individualised strategies to improve energy and protein intake. The focus is on preventing further decline, supporting weight restoration where needed, and improving overall nutritional status, strength, and functional well-being.

  • Weight Management and Obesity: Supporting clients to achieve and maintain a healthier weight through simple, practical nutrition advice. This includes education on healthier food choices, portion sizes, balanced meals, meal planning, and food label reading. We focus on small, sustainable changes that support long-term health and wellbeing.  

  • Chronic Disease Management: Providing tailored nutrition support for individuals living with chronic health conditions to help manage symptoms, slow disease progression, and improve overall quality of life. This includes (but is not limited to):

    • Diabetes

    • Cardiovascular disease

    • Renal disease

    • Gastrointestinal conditions (e.g. constipation, Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GORD), Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gastroenteritis, etc)

  • Oncology Nutrition Support: Supporting individuals undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment, with a focus on maintaining strength, managing treatment-related side effects, and improving overall wellbeing.

  • Aged Care and Frailty: Supporting older adults experiencing reduced appetite, functional decline, and increased nutritional needs to maintain independence and quality of life at home.

  • Dysphagia Support: Working closely with speech pathologists to support individuals with dysphagia, with a focus on optimising nutrition and hydration and ensuring dietary intake aligns with IDDSI guidelines for safe and adequate intake.

  • Enteral Feeding Support: Providing nutrition care for clients who require tube feeding, including assessment of nutritional needs, development of individualised feeding plans, and ongoing monitoring. We also support carers and families with education and guidance to ensure safe and appropriate enteral feeding at home
